Recently, we have received a large number of reports from our community that some players have benefited from the game in unusual ways. In response, our monitoring department has stepped into investigate and through monitoring and analysis of in-game data, we have found that some players are indeed benefiting from the game in unusual ways, including but not limited to the use of auxiliary programs to speed up the game, force quitting and malicious disconnections. Such behaviours seriously undermine the balance of the game and go against the original purpose of the WIN NFT HORSE game design.
In order to maintain the fairness and equity of the game and to protect the interests of normal players. After official research, it has been decided to deal with such accounts of abnormal data that benefit from the game through abnormal means as follows：
1. Cancellation of S1 season rankings
2. Refusal to claim
We will not tolerate the use of abnormal methods to benefit. So we hope that some players will not take any chances. We will continue to monitor irregularities in the game to ensure a fair and good environment, and from now on, we will also update a series of measures to maintain the fairness of the game, as follows：
1. The monitoring system is online. If there are any further data anomalies, accounts will be automatically blocked.
2. A reporting channel will be opened on the official website or in the game. Players can report in real time.
3. After abnormal accounts are processed, we will release the previous claims.
4. While fighting the benefits of playing in unusual ways, we will also promote rules of time claim to protect the rights of players who play the game in a normal and regulated manner.
Note: For cancelled season rankings, there will be no adjustment or change to overall S1 rankings. It will be held in vacant positions. For cancelled prizes, they will be invested directly into the S2 season prize pool.
